The Malpelo is a new 40-liter backpack designed by the Cressi team. It has a double-zip “U” shaped front pocket with a padded compartment for a tablet or large (17”) laptop. Interior zippered mesh compartments provide additional organization. Also included is a vertical-zippered front-facing pocket for any documents that need extra protection. Small loops stitched to the exterior outer edge can be used to latch lighter gear. A zippered elastic side pocket makes accessing small items accessible. There are two carrying handles, one on the top and one on the side, to make carrying easy and comfortable. There are also two shoulder straps, making it possible to wear as a backpack. The straps are padded to provide comfort and reduce stress on the shoulders and back. The bag features a fully adjustable/removable sternum strap to help support the load while being worn as a backpack.
